Fix It Without Replacing It
When concrete sinks, most people assume they need to tear it out and pour new. They don't. Foam concrete lifting — also called polyurethane foam jacking — lifts and stabilizes sunken slabs by injecting expanding foam beneath them. It's faster, cleaner, and typically costs a fraction of full replacement.

- Commercial warehouse and factory floors
- Loading docks and ramps
- Parking lots and aprons
How It Works
Assess
We inspect the sunken slab, identify the void beneath it, and determine the best injection points.
Drill
Small holes (about the size of a dime) are drilled through the concrete at strategic locations.
Inject
Expanding polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab. It fills the void and lifts the concrete back into position.
Done
Holes are patched, the area is cleaned up, and the slab is back in service — often within hours.
Foam Lifting vs. Replacement
| Feature | Foam Lifting | Full Replacement |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Fraction of replacement cost | Full demolition + pour |
| Time | Hours, not days | Days to weeks |
| Disruption | Minimal — back in use same day | Extended downtime |
| Mess | Clean, no concrete debris | Major debris and dust |
| Result | Level, stable, waterproof fill | New slab (same soil issue remains) |
